Presentation
The BPFT2 strain gauge force transducer measures compressive forces applied to a brake, gas pedal or clutch pedal. Its compact size, similar to that of the standard pedal, means it can be quickly mounted on any type of pedal for realistic force measurement.
The measurement range is from 0 to 2200N (230 kg), with an accuracy of 0.5% of full scale, even when the force is not perfectly centered.
Mounting
The sensor is mounted directly on the original pedal, after removing the rubber covering. Tightening is by means of a single screw. The sensor's reduced weight and height enable it to retain its standard pedal feel. Each sensor is supplied with a mounting clamp (standard version by default) and a calibration certificate.
